Access and Extract Data from Data Q

I'm looking for someone who can help me access the Data Q database at NCPDP and extract specific pharmacy data for me.
Specifically, I need:
- Access to the Data Q database
- Extraction of pharmacy data
- Data formatted as CSV
I need the data filtered to include:
- Name
- Email
- Business name
Freelancers with experience in data extraction and database access, particularly within the health sector, would be ideal for this project. Please note, the data is from an older database and the access fees can be high. This project is not just about obtaining the data, but doing so in a cost-effective manner.
