Access + Clean Existing Data

I need data downloaded from two sources (see below) and then I need each cleaned so that I only have posts from a certain time frame. The data will be analyzed using R, so I would like you to provide me with two excel files. This should be relatively easy job-- just working with two large files that need to be downloaded and limited to the data we're looking for.
