I would like the Program to track and document Vacation request

The Vacation Form is attached, please keep the same template. Once a person fills in there name it should populate how many vacation days they have remaining, based on the count from the System. ( Holidays , and Off days are not counted when requesting vacation, I will submit a list of the holidays that the system will have to account for, also the system will have to account for the OFF Day when requesting vacation). Once it is submitted, then it needs to be approved, once approved, the schedule is updated and its reflected. – the new schedule should be pdf for sharing (each revision of the schedule must have a count number, example update schedule 1, update schedule 2 etc., every time there is a change in the schedule.
