sales file update

i have a sales file with data of different parties, and i have separate xl file of each party in the same folder, I need the option of selecting the sales file from which data needs to be updated, open the sales file, separate the data of each party, do totaling, copy the data of each party, through program open the same party's file, update the data in their respective file, save the data, in case if that party’s file doesn’t exist, create a new xl and update the data of that individual party, also show me the progress bar in % to know exactly what's happening and make a separate folder with the files for the new excel created of new parties and a separate xl file of problematic data or what the program does not understand. The files in the local drive is in sync with google drive and the link of these files from the google drive are attached in another program so the link for these files cannot be changed (you cannot create a new file and do the process as all these file in the local folder are in sync with the files in google drive) only updating the files
