I need auto created report

I will give you the details and data and the requirement

I am supporting HR help desk module.

So want to automate the raw report with dashboard providing in dept data such as
Unassigned tickets
Ageing tickets
Which category has highest number of tickets
Which category has the lowest ticket
Common tickets which are raised by employees
These are just some which i could think of but me need more analysis on this data
