I need an Excel/VBA/Database EXPERT!

I am based in Houston and my Partner, Andrew Haney, is based in London. We have two other guys working with us developing Algorithms for our trading strategies. David is based in Ohio, and he is a TradeStation (our trading platform) expert with deep knowledge of everything TradeStation(TS). Sujith is based in the South of India and has extensive knowledge in Easylanguage, which is the native language of TradeStation. Sujith also has a lot of experience back-testing in the TradeStation environment. So, that is our current Team, and we need your help to take certain “Tick Data” feed into an excel Spread Sheet to perform filtering of raw signals to improve the Signal to Noise ratio. We believe that entails some relatively simple averaging filters, that we will outline more specifically to you. We will then want to do some graphing of the filtered data in Excel, to review the results. We expect to ultimately be running parallel in Excel with TS and exporting commands from Excel to TS in real world trading.
