I have 160 employees that I need to schedule daily onto 39 different routes starting at different times.

I need an Excel template or standalone package developed which can take care of scheduling for up to 160 plus employees into 45 different routes for different branches. The normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours per day and 5 hours on Saturday with any time after normal calculated at 1.5. Sunday work is calculated at double time. Overtime should not exceed 24 hours 1.5 per week and 12 hours double time per week. Each route should be 8 hours and should have 2-6 employees of different functions (Driver, PO, LG) in it. Additionally, there may be certain restrictions in place, such as specific employees only being able to work certain shifts, or mandatory breaks like paid day off every month. We need a Excel document or stand alone package that can handle these detailed requirements and make sure the scheduling process runs smoothly. We should be able to select routes for individuals as well as specific trucks. No employee is allowed to work the same route twice in a specified cycle. Detailed specifics can be shared.
