Turnkey development of VBA VBS automation project
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We need the turnkey development of a project aimed at the following flow:
An excel file is deposited by other applications on an FTP site every day
The file structure is fixed, only the numeric content changes
A batch activity is scheduled to check whether the new file has arrived on the FTP site and if so, apply a macro to the excel file to reformat it graphically
The reformatted file is always saved in excel format
The file is automatically emailed to a list of recipients.
The sent file is moved to a back up folder so that the FTP site folder remains empty while waiting for the new day to arrive.
The procedure must be fully automated and activated every day without the need for any human intervention.
The macro is quite simple (in fact we already have a macro that performs the required transformations, but the macro can only be activated manually once the xls file has been opened)
