Treatment rooms

I need data from uktherapyrooms and possibly gumtree on the amount of available rooms in a location, the price point, the amounts within certain radius of the city centres, also if there is listed more than one room per advert. I want this for the majority of city’s and towns with the current population of each city or town next to the results. I’m looking for this to be shown in maybe chart and grid form. Open to creative ideas or other forms of data collection for my searches.
