Spreadsheet Formulas and Dashboard Enhancement

I need an expert to refine an existing spreadsheet by adding necessary formulas and a functional dashboard. The formulas should enable calculations like counting entries marked as '1', 'X', or 'P', calculating column totals for the month, and generating insights based on admission and discharge data. Additionally, the dashboard should provide useful summaries, group admission and discharge counts by day, and offer a breakdown of data for easier interpretation. The dashboard should be intuitive, ideally placed on a separate tab, and include a summary at the top.
