SAP ME9L PDF Automation

Job ID: 40145664

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a concise SAP GUI scripting routine, driven from Excel VBA, that opens ME9L, loops through a pre-populated list of purchasing documents and prints each one to PDF automatically. Every file must be saved in a local folder as DocumentID_DDMMYYYY.pdf; if the same name is produced again the macro should append an incremental sequence number so nothing is overwritten.

Environment details you will be working with: SAP GUI 770 on Windows and the latest desktop build of Microsoft Excel. I already have a small proof-of-concept script that logs in and reaches ME9L, so you can extend rather than start from scratch. The finished workbook should let me paste a list of document numbers, click a single button, and watch the PDFs land in the target directory with the defined naming rule.

Please share at least one previous SAP GUI scripting example (code snippets or short video acceptable) so I can confirm you are comfortable with the session handling quirks inside 770. If any external libraries or tools are required beyond standard SAP GUI API and native VBA, let me know up front; otherwise I expect a clean, self-contained XLSM file plus thoroughly commented code to make future maintenance easy.
