Roster maker

Hello, I am part of a volunteer group that manages our in town youth soccer program. Each season, we put together approximately 30 teams of 15 kids based on different variables. Making these rosters can be very challenging and time consuming, however, they all follow simple rules. For example, if a players parent coaches, that player should be on that parents team. If a player has requested to be on another childs team that request should attempt to be satisfied. We score each player based on skillsets and try and make the teams have a similar total score based on skillset. All-in all there are maybe 5 variables that make up a team. I think a macro could make these teams for us an notiify us of any constraints that aren't met. If you can help with this it is much appreciated! Thanks!
