Revise Excel Sum Formulas
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I have an Excel workbook called “School Slices Label Form.” The sheet already contains formulas, but several of the sum and total calculations are no longer returning the correct figures. All I need is for those existing formulas to be reviewed and updated so they pull the right data ranges and refresh automatically when new rows are added.
Scope
• Identify every sum or total formula currently in the file.
• Correct cell references and ensure they extend to future entries (e.g., use structured tables, dynamic ranges, or SUM functions that ignore blank rows—whichever is cleanest).
• Test with sample data so the grand totals on the main summary line up with individual section subtotals.
Deliverable
A revised workbook with fully functioning, self-updating totals and a quick note (inside the file or as a short text document) explaining what was changed so I can follow along next time.
