Real Estate Listing Excel Sheet

I need a clean, easy-to-update Excel workbook built specifically for managing my property listings. The sheet’s sole purpose is to let me catalogue and review each listing quickly, so keep every column laser-focused on that task.

For every record I only need space for a concise Property Description; I’m intentionally leaving out address, price, and any other fields for now, so the layout should be minimal and distraction-free. A well-designed table with filters, dropdowns for common keywords, and conditional formatting that highlights duplicate or overly long descriptions would be ideal.

Please send a brief note that includes examples of similar spreadsheets you’ve built—screenshots or a short video walkthrough are perfect. Once I choose a freelancer, I’ll share a couple of sample descriptions so you can pre-populate the file and confirm the structure is right before final delivery.
