Personal Excel Invoice Template

I’m looking for someone who can build a clean, reusable invoice template in Microsoft Excel that I can use for my own personal transactions. The sheet has to capture each item’s description alongside its price, calculate subtotals and a grand total automatically, and leave space for tax or discount formulas that I can adjust later.
Because I’ll be sending this out under my name, I also need a spot where I can drop in my small personal logo or any future branding graphic without breaking the layout. If you can keep the design uncluttered, with clear headings and protected formulas, that would be ideal.
Deliverable: a single Excel file that lets me open, enter line items, press save, and send—no hidden macros, just straightforward worksheet logic. Once it’s finished I should be able to swap colors or add extra fields myself, so please document any key cell references you lock or name.
