PTO Scheduling Excel Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an Excel template for PTO and CME scheduling for a small healthcare team (1-10 members). The template should have:
- Calendar view with each month accessible on a separate tab
- Monthly and weekly PTO/CME shift caps. 6 weekly, 30 monthly
- Drop-down menu to select team member names and PTO or CME shift
- Ability to add employees
- Ability to change it every year and it would be formatted to the appropriate year
- PTO color coated, CME color coated
- Home page to include settings for year selection, all employee names and the annual count for PTO and CME
Additionally, it should automatically highlight any PTO/CME shifts that exceed the caps.
