PDF Form Automation with Excel Data

We are looking to hire an experienced Excel VBA freelancer to automate PDF form filling directly from Excel data.

Mandatory Requirement

No third-party software, no Python, no RPA, no Power Automate
Only Excel VBA (using native VBA + Adobe Acrobat Object Library, if required)

Project Scope

Read data from Excel sheets

Automatically populate PDF forms using VBA

Support bulk PDF generation

Handle text fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns in PDFs

Maintain proper formatting and field mapping

One-click execution from Excel (button or macro)

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with Excel VBA

Experience with:

Adobe Acrobat PDF form fields via VBA

PDF field mapping and automation

Ability to write clean, well-commented VBA code
