Overland Logistix

This project has 2 parts.
1. I would like an app or fillable interface where my dispatch can put in data values and those fields automatically do the programed formulas and return a simple green Book prompt or a red No Book prompt.
fixed data. origin, destination, distance.
Based on the distance input the results wil be based on the following.
Fuel .39 x distance [fuel is derived from the daily national average x 90 (amount of gallons my truck holds) that gives me the cost to fill up. 90 x ÷8.5 which is the avg fuel economy my truck gets when towing gives me the total distance my truck can go on a tank. To come up with the amount per mile divide the national fuel average by my average fuel economy 3.30 ÷ 8.5 =.388 rounded up =.39 per mile ]
My driver pay is .75 per mile (this must be a fillable field as it varies) driver rate x miles
Then a dead head cost which is .21 x dead head miles
Plus a flat rate of $140 added to the total values of the results of the above formulas this would be "base rate"
It would return a total Value i would like that displayed.
I would like a shipper offer imput "offer" where i can inpit what the shipper is offering to pay
Then i would like the difference from the Offer and the "base rate" to be displayed in a green "BOOK" display if the result is positive or a red "no book if the result is negative.
I would like this display to be simple and clean looking
I would also like a display at the top for the national rate of diesel fuel displayed at the top (this can be gotten from google)
