Need to give me a pre developed complete Monitoring and evaluation tool with dashboard and ready to use for any NGO project management projects.
It should cover the following items,
1. Impact, Outcome and output indicator tracking with score and charts. Provisions to capture different types of indicators like simple, complex and compound. And also for qualitative indicators.
2. M&E matrix and risk assessment matrix
3. Centralized Data gathering pipeline and analysis
4. Clean dashboard to visualize the indicator wise progress, impacts, activities, etc.
Note: I don't want activity tracking and monitoring. I want impact tracking and monitoring to be precise.
