Medical Scientific Liaison Activities

Hello,
We are planning to implement a CRM in my biotech company (in a few months) but for now our Medical Director would like to track his Medical Scientific Liason ( MSL) interactions with our customers especially Key Opinion Leaders from Excel.
I would need the help of an Excel Expert but also someone who has an understanding of the pharma industry so to help me to calculate the KPIs.
This task needs to be done before 3rd January 2022 so that I can deliver the same to both the Medical and Commercial Excellence Directors on time.
And finally, I would like to have two zoom calls (or another other visioconférence channel at your convenience) so one to explain my requirements and another one for you to explain to me how you proceed.
