Medical Demographics Excel Analysis

I need a clean, well-documented Excel workbook that pulls out descriptive statistics on my patient dataset, focusing strictly on age and gender. After I share the raw spreadsheet, please build formulas or pivot tables that return minimum, maximum, mean, median, standard deviation, and any other basic indicators you feel complete the picture for those two variables. I also want the workbook to refresh automatically when new rows are added, so structure it with dynamic ranges or Power Query if that speeds things up.
