Log to maintain service record and customer database

As a business owner I need to maintain my service records and customer database.
To do this, I'm looking for a software solution to create and store customer records as well as a log to track maintenance and repair records. Below are details of my requirement.
- Ability to inform business owner about the vehicles that are due for service at any given date.
- Ability to track customer information, contact details and vehicles details.
- Ability to inform business owner about next 5 days vehicles that are due for service.
- As far as reporting and analytics, basic reports will suffice.
