Help me with Supplier Inventory Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have an all inventory report that needs to be parsed into 4 different files. Each of the files is essentially the same information but filtered down to show different parts lists and formatted just a little bit differently. This tool should recognize that a new "all inventory" file was dropped into a preset location on a local desktop, then it should parse and format, then it should send to prespecified FTP locations. We would like to have the option to either push out to the FTP location or email them and we should have the option to drop or email in different file formats and frequencies.
We have usually built tools using excel and access but we are open to whatever works best. It has to be easy to use and scalable. I can provide a detailed write up of what we would like done. Like a step by step but I don't have that to hinder the project from being the best it can be.
