Google Sheets MIS for Order Processing

I'm looking for a professional who can set up a Management Information System (MIS) on Google Sheets for my existing business. The sales department will fill in an order form with all necessary details, which will then be shared with relevant departments such as design, accounts, production, and dispatch.
Key Requirements:
- Each department will have specific tasks to process the order (e.g., the design department uploads the design and marks it as complete).
- The dispatch team will mark their task as done and upload the dispatch proof.
I also want this system to be linked with WhatsApp so I can receive daily reports. These reports should cover task completion status and order progress updates.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in setting up MIS for businesses.
- Ability to integrate Google Sheets with WhatsApp for daily reports.
- Understanding of inter-departmental workflows in order processing.
