Fix macro for Importing Database not clearing sheet starting row 2 before importing the data even though the line is there.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me fix a macro for importing a database. The macro is not clearing the sheet starting from row 2 before importing the data even though the line is there. I have taken a look at it and need some outside help to identify why it is not working.
The import works well most of the time when the sheet is cleared but sometimes it doesn't actually clear the sheet before importing which leaves the old data in the sheet. It is all importing onto one sheet.
Would prefer if someone can work on team viewer or any desk as the file is running in a virtual machine.
