Fix Excel Formulas and VLOOKUPs

I have an Excel workbook that normally shuffles data smoothly between several sheets, but a few of the links have stopped behaving. On the sheets I’ll point you to, formulas are no longer calculating, VLOOKUPs are throwing errors, and the related tables have stopped updating the downstream summaries they feed.

Your task is to trace those breaks, repair or rewrite the formulas where necessary, and confirm that every table once again pushes the right figures to the next sheet. Once the flow is restored, a quick note describing what you fixed will be enough for my records.
