I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with exploding numeric data and creating a table in CSV format. The project does not require any specific statistical analysis, just the creation of the table.

Work to perform
We need help on exploding some data and creating an table from existing data.
1. There are 4 columns with about 900 cells each. Each cell has data as codes eg - L4050 - L4059,M0500 - M0509, M0520 - M0639, M0680 - M069,M0800 - M089.
2. need to get from another tab with list of all codes that fall between the lower and upper codes and prepare a table.
3. Get all possible combinations, If there are total 4 Codes in 1 column and 5 in other (Both including covered / non covered) – we would see 20 (4X5) rows in final output for that policy.
