Excel Work Planning Bar Chart / Gantt Chart for Construction Project
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an easy-to-maintain Gantt chart inside Excel that gives me a clear, high-level picture of the Construction phase of my project. The chart must live entirely in a single workbook, driven by simple start- and finish-date inputs that automatically stretch or shrink each bar.
Because I also have to keep an eye on who is doing what, every task line should display the resource (crew, subcontractor, or equipment group) drawn from a small lookup list and flag any resource overlap. Conditional formatting or a light VBA routine is fine—as long as the file stays lightweight and I can insert or delete tasks without breaking the layout.

• Unlocked Excel workbook with the dynamic bar-chart timeline and resource column
• One short “How to Update” sheet so I can extend the chart myself
