Excel VLOOKUP Test Price Comparison

I have two price lists—each from a different company—that cover identical medical test names. I need one clean Excel workbook that instantly shows which company is cheaper for every test.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A simple, easy-to-read layout you design for me (I don’t have a template).
• Side-by-side columns: Company A price, Company B price, plus an automatic price-difference column.
• VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, or INDEX-MATCH formulas so the sheet updates correctly when I paste in fresh price lists.
