Excel VLOOKUP Formula Assistance

I have a single-table worksheet that needs reliable lookup logic. The goal is to build or refine VLOOKUP and, where helpful, HLOOKUP formulas so the sheet always returns the right value—even after rows or columns are added—and displays a blank (or custom message) instead of the usual #N/A when no match exists.
