I need to automate an Excel workbook using VBA and create a modern, interactive dashboard to visualize and manage team-level delivery metrics.

Key Requirements:
- Auto-calculate sprint velocities based on custom team criteria
- Handle 20–100 work items across large teams
- Track progress over monthly, quarterly, and yearly time frames
- Include a dynamic burndown chart
- Change management board to log additional effort requests with status workflows (proposed, pending approval, approved, rejected)
