Excel VBA Automation Engineer – Execution & Velocity Reporting System

Project Overview
We are building an Excel-based automation and reporting system to track execution progress and speed across two parallel workflows:

Listing optimization:
- PPC advertising pipeline
- The system must show status, velocity, bottlenecks, and readiness on ASIN and Cluster level, both internally and client-facing.

This is a system-level automation project, not a simple dashboard.

What the System Must Do:
At any time, the reporting must clearly answer:
- Where do we stand overall?
- Which clusters are blocked or slow?
- How fast is execution moving?
- Is Listing or PPC the bottleneck?
- How has progress changed vs yesterday / last week / last month?

Core Scope (High-Level):
- Derive execution statuses from raw Excel data
- Track daily historical snapshots (append-only)
- Calculate deltas (Day / WoW / MoM)
- Measure execution velocity (stage movement over time)
- Visualize progress with burn-up charts
- Provide portfolio, cluster, and deep-dive reporting views

Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel VBA / Macros
- Experience with historical snapshot systems
- Strong logical thinking (pipelines, hierarchies, status derivation)
- Ability to explain results to non-technical stakeholders
