Excel Tracker Dashboard Automation -- 2

I keep a detailed Excel file that logs our work-progress metrics, and I’d like to turn that raw data into a clean, interactive dashboard that refreshes itself whenever I drop in the latest monthly numbers. The workbook already exists; what I need is your help designing the summary view—think dynamic charts, clear status indicators, and slicers or drop-downs so I can filter by project or date range without touching formulas.

Please build everything directly inside Excel (no external add-ins). The final file should:

• pull from my existing tables without breaking their structure,
• update automatically the moment new rows are added,
• and present the key progress trends at a glance.

I’m comfortable tweaking numbers but not VBA, so if any lightweight macros are needed, comment them clearly. Once finished, walk me through the layout so I can maintain it myself next month.
