Excel Tool for EOT Crane Design

I need a well-structured Excel workbook that walks me through selecting every major component for a standard EOT crane. After I type in fundamentals—capacity, span, duty class, lift height, ambient factors—the sheet should calculate and recommend suitable options for three areas: the hoist system, the bridge & runway, and all key electrical components.

Formulas must be laid out transparently in a way that lets me trace or adjust them later, with a separate tab summarising assumptions, safety factors and any reference tables you draw from IS, FEM or comparable crane design standards. Because I’m open to any brand that meets the spec, keep the logic brand-neutral yet show the exact parameters I’ll need to compare catalogues (motor kW, gearbox ratios, rail sizes, conductor ratings, etc.).

Highlight all user inputs and final selections clearly, use plain Excel functions wherever possible, and reserve macros only for genuine interface improvements.

• One live hand-over session (screenshare is fine) so I’m comfortable maintaining or extending the tool myself
