Excel 2019 Table Structuring

I have a spreadsheet in Excel 2019 that needs to be turned into a clean, well-structured table. The raw data is already collected; what’s missing is a logical layout with proper headers, consistent data types, and the sort/filter functionality that an official Excel table provides.

Here’s what I’m hoping to receive:
• A single .xlsx file where all records sit inside an Excel table (Ctrl + T) with clearly labeled columns.
• Duplicate or inconsistent entries identified and, after my confirmation, cleaned up.
• Basic sorting and filtering presets so I can quickly slice the information.
• A short note or comment sheet explaining any transformations you applied, making it easy for me to maintain the file later.

Everything must be compatible with Excel 2019—please avoid features exclusive to newer 365 updates. If you’re comfortable using structured references and can finish quickly, I’d love to work with you.
