Excel Stock & Voucher Tracker
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets me stay on top of finished-goods inventory from the moment items arrive until they leave. The file has to
• record every receipt into stock and automatically generate a tidy receipt voucher I can print or PDF
• log every outgoing quantity as an expense, again producing a matching expense voucher
• keep running balances so I always know current stock on hand
• track expenses by party and build a combined summary sheet that totals each party’s purchases and outstanding balances at a glance
• raise an in-app alert—through simple pop-ups, colour cues or status banners—whenever stock falls below reorder levels or an entry is missing key information
Smooth data entry matters to me, so dropdown lists, protected ranges and clear navigation buttons created with VBA or form controls will be appreciated. Calculations can rely on formulas, tables, PivotTables or macros; whichever keeps the file fast and easy to maintain.
Deliverables:
• Finished Excel workbook with all sheets, formulas/macros and a brief usage guide
• Sample data loaded so I can test the flow from receipt to party-wise reporting
• Passwords or code unlocked so future edits are possible
