Excel Numerical Data Cleaning Specialist

I have several Excel workbooks packed with numerical data that now need a thorough clean-up before they can be trusted for reporting. The sheets contain duplicate rows, inconsistent decimal places, a handful of blank cells, and the occasional obvious typo. I need all of that corrected so each column is perfectly consistent and ready for analysis.

The job centres on Excel-based data cleaning only—no new data entry or statistical analysis. Feel free to lean on Power Query, formulas, or macros; just make sure the final files stay in standard .xlsx format and open smoothly in Excel 2016 or later.

Deliverables
• Cleaned Excel files with duplicates removed, formats standardised, and errors fixed
• A brief changelog or summary sheet outlining every significant correction or assumption

• Zero duplicate rows and fully standardised number formats
• Missing or suspect values either resolved under agreed rules or clearly flagged
