Excel KPI Automation & Reporting -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an Excel-based automation that turns our raw company KPI data into clear, refreshable reports. The workbook should import or paste monthly updates, process them automatically, and present production-efficiency metrics in a dashboard that managers can print or export to PDF in one click.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Raw data sheet where I can drop each month’s figures.
• Behind-the-scenes formulas / Power Query / VBA (whatever you find most efficient) that clean, aggregate, and store the numbers.
• A dynamic report tab with charts, conditional-format tables, and traffic-light indicators showing how production efficiency is trending month-over-month.
Please keep the file self-contained—no external add-ins—so anyone with standard Excel 2016+ can use it. Include a short, step-by-step user guide in a separate sheet explaining how to refresh, add new months, and adjust thresholds.
I’ll provide a sample of our current monthly KPI spreadsheet once we start; deliver back a fully functioning .xlsx (or .xlsm if macros are essential) ready for immediate use.
