Excel Inventory Formula Repair
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My multi-sheet inventory workbook has stopped behaving: data no longer cascades from the entry tabs to the summary pages, several formulas now throw #REF! and #VALUE! errors, and the stock-on-hand totals are clearly off. I need the entire calculation flow traced, the break points isolated, and every formula rebuilt so that new receipts or sales entries update all totals instantly and accurately.
You’ll receive the current .xlsx file plus a brief note that sketches the intended logic. Once you’ve cleaned up the links, ranges, and any hidden circular references, return a single deliverable—the repaired workbook—ready for daily use.
Acceptance criteria
• All entry sheets (purchases, sales, adjustments) feed the summary sheets without errors
• Stock-on-hand, reorder levels, and valuation figures update automatically the moment data is entered
• No #REF!, #VALUE!, or circular reference warnings remain
• All named ranges and tables are correctly scoped and documented in a “Changes” tab for future maintenance
Excel’s native functions should do the heavy lifting, but feel free to streamline with structured references, dynamic arrays, or lightweight VBA if it keeps the file fast and transparent.
As we discussed.
