Excel GST Expense Tracker

I need a clean, no-frills Excel workbook that instantly turns raw figures into a clear snapshot of my small business cash-flow.

What the sheet must do
• Accept manual entries for income and for the following expense categories: Fuel, Vehicle maintenance and Staff salary (I’ll add extra rows later if needed).
• Calculate GST on every income and expense line at the current rate I specify, with the option to update that rate in one cell.
• Display running subtotals for each category, plus grand totals both including and excluding GST.
• Show the percentage share that each expense category takes up out of total expenses (again, both GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive).
• Present a tidy summary section that pulls the key numbers—income, total expenses, net profit—side-by-side so I can see how the business is tracking at a glance.

Nice-to-haves
Clear cell protection for formulas, understated formatting (no macros required), and compatibility with both Excel 365 and Google Sheets in case I decide to migrate later.

Once it’s working, I’ll drop in real data and expect everything to update automatically—no extra tweaking on my end.
