Excel Form Formula & Formatting

I already have a fully-built Excel form; what I need now is someone who can follow a short set of written instructions to fine-tune it. The work is focused on two areas only:

• Formula adjustments – updating the current cell logic so the sheet calculates exactly as outlined in my notes. The structure is there, I simply need precise edits rather than a full rebuild.
• Formatting changes – small but important tweaks to fonts, cell styles and conditional formatting so the finished file looks clean and is easy for end-users to read.

No data entry is required. Once your revisions are complete, I’ll review the file against my instruction sheet; if every calculation reflects the new logic and the layout matches the requested look, the job is done. Please send the final workbook back in .xlsx format so I can test it immediately.

If you are confident in Microsoft Excel and comfortable making targeted formula and layout updates, this should be a straightforward task. I’m ready to share the form and the step-by-step guide as soon as we start.
