Excel Entry & Stats Automation

I want to turn a workbook that currently relies on manual typing into a push-button process. The flow is simple in theory—data comes from people keying numbers or text straight into Excel—yet it’s time-consuming and error-prone.

Here’s what I need: when a user opens the file, they should be guided through an organised form or other intuitive interface that writes their input to the correct sheets, performs validation, and stamps a time-and-user log automatically. As soon as the new records land, Excel should run the built-in statistical routines I specify (mean, standard deviation, t-tests, simple regressions and similar core stats) and update all summary tables, charts and printable reports without further clicks.

I’m comfortable if you lean on VBA, macros, Power Query, or a mix—use the approach that keeps the file lightweight and maintainable. I will judge success by three criteria:
• Data entry is fully automated and validated.
• Statistical outputs refresh instantly after each entry.
• I receive a clean, well-commented file plus a short walkthrough so I can extend it later.
