Excel Dashboard for Patient Records
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m working with a spreadsheet of patient records that needs to move beyond rows and columns into something truly informative. The job is two-fold: first, run solid descriptive statistics on the key variables in the file, then explore how those variables relate to one another through correlation analysis.
All work must stay in Microsoft Excel; you are welcome to tap PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, or any other native feature you prefer, as long as the final experience is smooth and doesn’t rely on external add-ins. When the calculations are done, I need the insights surfaced inside an interactive dashboard—think slicers, dynamic charts, and clear call-outs that let a non-technical clinician filter by age range, diagnosis, or any other field in seconds.
Deliverables I’m expecting
• One Excel workbook with clean data, clearly labeled calculation sheets, and the finished interactive dashboard
• A short instructions tab (or PDF) that explains how to refresh or extend the analysis with new patient records
I’ll provide the dataset immediately after kickoff and I’m happy to answer any domain questions about the variables.
