Excel Column Alignment & Merging

My workbook is complete content-wise, yet the data columns still look untidy. I need an Excel-savvy pair of eyes to focus purely on formatting: merge the appropriate cells within each data column and align everything so the columns read cleanly and consistently on screen and in print. No formulas or new data are required—this is strictly a styling pass using the standard Microsoft Excel toolset.

When you’re done, I’d like the updated .xlsx file along with a short note outlining the steps you took so I can keep the look consistent in future edits. If you can turn this around within a day, that would be ideal.
