Excel Budget Formula Upgrade -- 2

I have an existing monthly-budget workbook that already tracks income and savings, but the expense side is lagging behind. I need you to dive into the Expenses section, review the current cells and ranges, then build or correct the formulas so every expense line rolls up cleanly into a monthly total and feeds the year-to-date view.

The sheet is laid out clearly, so this is mostly a formula and cell-reference task: SUMIF/SUMIFS, structured references, and a few conditional calculations for overspend alerts. No macros are required; pure Excel functions are fine. Once finished, I should be able to drop new numbers into each daily or weekly expense row and see the monthly forecast adjust automatically.

Deliverable: the updated workbook with transparent, commented formulas in the Expenses area and a brief note highlighting any structural changes you made.
