Excel Automation & Data Management
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking to turn my day-to-day Excel workload into a streamlined, largely automated system. The priority is to remove the manual effort from complex calculations and analyses, while still keeping the files easy to maintain for routine data entry and ongoing database upkeep.
Here’s what I need built:
• Automation of the core calculations and analytical steps I currently run by hand—think nested formulas, dynamic ranges, pivot-driven summaries, or a lightweight VBA/Power Query routine if that’s the cleanest path.
• Simple, well-structured data-entry interfaces so new records drop straight into the underlying tables without breaking anything.
• A tidy, central database layout that supports future growth and feeds the automated reports without duplication.
If you’re comfortable combining formulas, pivot tables, charts, and (where helpful) macros to achieve this, let’s talk. Clean, commented workbooks and a short walkthrough video or document will be the final deliverable so I can maintain everything confidently once the build is complete.
