I need an Excel expert to automate the population of fields in an Excel form based on manual data entry into a master input sheet.

Requirements:
- Form Fields: Should be auto-filled upon data entry in the master sheet
- Data Type: Primarily text
- Input Method: Data will be manually entered into the master sheet
