Excel Automated Poultry Billing System

I need a single Excel workbook that can take the raw numbers from my chicken-poultry sales and turn them into a fully automated billing solution. My main focus is the sales-reporting side: every week I want to open the file, drop in that week’s figures, and instantly see a clear report that not only totals sales but also specifies which customer bought what.

The file should:
• Calculate totals and taxes automatically as soon as I enter quantities and rates
• Generate a clean, printable weekly sales report that lists each customer alongside the amount purchased and the amount owed
• Reset or roll forward smoothly so the next week begins with a blank slate but keeps prior data for reference

Please build everything directly inside Excel—formulas, pivot tables, or VBA macros are all fine as long as the final workbook is fast and reliable. Include a brief set of instructions inside the file so I know exactly where to paste new data and how to trigger the report.
