Excel Add-In for Hierarchy Creation

Couple developers could not able to achieve it in C# with Excel.
I'm seeking a skilled developer to create an Excel add-in that allows business users to construct both level-based and parent-child hierarchies directly in Excel, with data sourced from a SQL Server database.
Key Features:
- Hierarchy Type Selection: Users should be able to choose between creating a "Level-Based Hierarchy" or a "Parent-Child Hierarchy."
- Level-Based Hierarchy Creation: The UI must enable users to define hierarchy levels through text input and select corresponding SQL Server table columns via dropdowns populated with column names from the chosen table. The add-in should provide a dynamic, graphical preview of the hierarchy structure and include a "Generate Hierarchy" button.
The Logic:
The add-in must retrieve data from the selected SQL Server columns, organize it into a level-based hierarchy structure, and output the formatted hierarchy to the Excel sheet (with appropriate indentation, outline groups, etc.).
