Exact Excel Replication with Formulas

I have a set of attached documents that mix detailed tables with accompanying text lists. I need every page rebuilt in Microsoft Excel so it looks and behaves exactly the same.

Visual fidelity is key: column widths, borders, merged cells, fonts, alignment—everything should match the source file down to the last header line. Where the original shows totals, subtotals, or percentage figures, replace those fixed numbers with equivalent Excel formulas so the sheet recalculates automatically if data changes. No charts are present in the originals, so none are needed in the workbook unless you spot a clearer way to express the same information and we agree on it.

Deliverables
• An Excel workbook (or individual sheets, if that’s cleaner) duplicating each document page.
• All calculations rebuilt with native formulas; no hard-typed totals.
• Formatting verified against the originals before hand-off.
